LDF is a long-standing performing arts school for mixed ability students with a passion for dance and music.

La Danse Fantastique, was founded in 1990 by Moira Brock, and along with her talented team of teachers, teaches Ballet, Modern, Tap, Musical Theatre, Drama and Singing to children and toddlers of all ages and mixed abilities

The ability to act is an integral aspect of all performing arts. The most accomplished dancers are those who can tell a story with their movements, expressing a variety of emotions and feelings. Drama classes are an anticipated, relaxing and enjoyable part of our pupils’ performing arts schedule, allowing them to have some fun with a wide range of activities and drama games.

Theatre school for all abilities

We run three drama classes - beginner, intermediate and advanced. Beginner classes are for mixed ability pupils between the ages of 5 and 10. Students are able to progress to intermediate and advanced classes at their own rate. All students are given the chance to shine in our major productions and smaller performances throughout the year.

LAMDA drama lessons and examinations

All drama classes are taught and examined in line with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, so you can be sure that your children are receiving the very best tuition. At La Danse Fantastique, we are proud of our impressive 100% pass rate for all LAMDA examinations.

La Danse Fantastique is a registered charity, created to provide education in the performing arts for all students, regardless of ability.
