La Danse Fantastique is offering Ballet and Singing classes to people with Parkinsons Disease
Every Monday, 11.00am - 1.00pm

Qualified and Experienced Teachers
Ballet classes are found to help with balance, tremors, slowed movement and rigidity or stiffness
The classes are split into 1 hour of singing and 1 hour of dance, which the teachers and their volunteers had to go through training from a NHS Parkinson’s nurse to be able to assist and teach those with Parkinson’s before they started running the classes.
